Kegemukkan adalah sesuatu yang menakutkan !

Salam sejahtera,

Dari kecil hinggalah dewasa saya seringkali berada dalam keadaan SLIM ..makan lah seberapa banyak pun tapi tak gemuk gemuk. Pernah saya meluahkan perasaan kepada makcik saya " bila kahwin nanti tak nak beranak sebab pasti jadi gemuk" tapi alhamdullilah selepas melahirkan dua cahaya mata saya masih lagi diperingkat sederhana iaitu 57kg..tetapiiiiiiiii selepas melepasi umur 36 tahun ...agaknya "age factor" semakin tahun semakin berat la pulakkk..pening nak dipikirkan...nasib baik la ketinggian saya 5"7 so takde la nampak sesangat...tak pulak makan ubat kurus takut ada side effect ...setiap hari hanya memikirkan bagaimana nak kurus???? Jogging ? Walking ? Exercise ? Semua tu ada jawapan...malas la cik kak oiiii....
Tapi bila terbayang 20tahun yg lalu...dan bila melihat gambau2 seperti dibawah ni...ish ish sayunya hati ni..pasti ramai lagi wanita di luar sana yang sama seperti saya....

So apa lagi tak dapat la den nak menolong...apa2 jer la asalkan jangan gemok gedempol macam gambar kat bawah ni sudah la..bukan nya senang bila nak bawa badan yang berat dan bermacam macam lagi penyakit yang datang menerjah kita...so ambik la iktibar dari gambar ihsan google ni...cuba la control makan cuba diet dan cuba la walking or jogging..hehe pandai je nasihat orang..tapi diri sendiri tak dapat nak buat...jadi selamanya la saya ni akan gemokksss...

Bila la saya akan bertukar seperti gambar dibawah ni..mudah mudahan la berjaya ...insyaallah...

 Converting between cat years and human years isn't as simple as using a factor of  7. The main reason is that cats mature quickly in the first couple of years of life. To convert cat age to an equivalent human age, an accepted method is to add 15 years for the first year of life. Then add 10 years for the second year of life. After that, add 4 years for every cat year. This means that by year two, a cat has matured to about the same as a 25 year old human.

For comparison and reference from a book by Tracie Hotchner, provides the following list:

• 1-month-old kitten = 6-month-old human baby
• 3-month-old kitten = 4-year-old child
• 6-month-old kitten = 10 human years old
• 8-month-old kitten = 15-year-old human
• A 1-year-old cat has reached adulthood, the equivalent of 18 human years
• 2 human years = 24 cat years
• 4 human years = 35 cat years
• 6 human years = 42 cat years
• 8 human years = 50 cat years
• 10 human years = 60 cat years
• 12 human years = 70 cat years
• 14 human years = 80 cat years
• 16 human years = 84 cat years

Giethoorn Holland Village

Giethoorn, the Venice of Holland, is found in the North West of the province Overijssel in the middle of the nature reserve De Wieden, the area is called Waterreijk. The village Giethoorn is special in the Netherlands because of it's caracteristic wooden arch bridges and canals, in the center is not a road but a canal where you have to travel by boat. That is why Giethoorn is called the Venice of Holland.

Giethoorn, also known as “the Venice of Holland” or the “Venice of the North”, is a beautiful village in the Netherlands. There are no cars or roads here; tourists leave them out of the village and have to travel by water or on foot over the lovely wooden bridges.Located in the Dutch province of Overijssel. Giethoorn village is surrounded by a vast natural reservation entitled De Wieden, often included in tourist brochures. The travelers who adventure here are usually mesmerized by the familiar atmosphere, bohemian canals, small wooden bridges, vivid flowers and colorful 200 year old homes.

In winter Giethoorn is a very popular destination for ice skaters. During my last years in Holland I lived close to Giethoorn and in cold enough winters I was among the thousands who would go to Giethoorn to ice skate on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

PULUT DAKAP 

Asalnya kuih ni dikenali di Kelantan. Pulut Dakap adalah pulut manis yang takde inti. Pulut nya di kukus bersama sedikit gula dan santan. Kemudian dibungkus dengan daun pisang dan di ikat berkembar mengunakan tali. Dikukus semula selama 10min. Cuba try pasti shedap !!

Sejarah Buah Melaka 

Kuih onde onde juga dikenali sebagai buah melaka. Kuih buah melaka dipercayai berasal dari Negeri Melaka sejak sebelum zaman penjajahan dimana pokok Melaka menjadi pokok lambang negeri ini. Jom la kita share resepi Buah Melaka..

BUAH MELAKA

2 cawan tepung pulut 

2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 1/4 cawan air
Sedikit pewarna hijau
1/2 sudu kecil pandan emulco
Gula melaka - dipotong kecil-kecil untuk inti
1 biji kelapa parut putih
sedikit garam halus
Air secukupnya untuk merebus

CARA CARA


1. Didihkan air dalam periuk untuk merebus buah melaka.
2. Air dicampur dengan pewarna hijau dan pandan emulco dan kacau rata.

3. Tuang air kedalam tepung pulut dan gaul tepung pulut sehingga adunan boleh digentel. Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit, secukupnya.

4. Ambil sedikit adunan dan leperkan atas tapak tangan dan bubuh inti. Tutup rapat dan bentukkan bulat.

5. Rebus dalam air mendidih sehingga buah melaka timbul. Angkat dan toskan.

6. Salut buah melaka dengan kelapa parut yang telah dikukus dahulu dan di campur dengan sedikit garam, gaul rata.

New Zealand adalah antara negara yang tercantik didunia ! Percutian keluarga pada December 2011 benar benar satu kenangan manis yang masih segar diingatan. Kalau anda merancang percutian kesana , pastikan percutian anda melebihi seminggu at least berkesempatan nak explore ke tempat yang famous amos. Money Exchange NZD lebih kurang seperti Singapore 2.5. Taklah semahal Europe yang menggunakan Pound Sterling. 

Dunia memasak

Kekadang tu rasa cam nak jer resign and buat business masak2 ni, tapi belum cukup lagi cita2 yang masih belum tercapai untuk menjelajah dunia. Terpaksa la bekerja dan bekerja lagi demi keluarga tercinta. Minat memasak terus menebal dan kesempatan itu akan ku penuhi dengan mengambil order dari insan2 luar yang sudi menempah kek dan cupcake dariku.Semoga satu hari nanti cita2 kedua ku bisa tercapai dalam dunia masakan.
